From 1 to 10

My MCB journey starts with the number 1. One opportunity, one leap, one door that opened. Add a zero at the end, and that 1 became 10. The date I officially joined MCB. It reminds me daily of what truly matters: one person helped, one colleague supported, one moment where someone feels valued.

A number turned around

-48.5 was our Net Promoter Score, the way we measure how customers feel about us. Turning that around took listening, adapting, testing, failing, and trying again. As a team, we took ownership. That number tells a story of resilience, and of customers who started believing in us again.

1689 colleagues, one moment

1689 was the number of registrations for our first Women's Month at MCB. Beyond the number, it showed the enthusiasm and support of colleagues to create a more inclusive workplace. A reminder that the most meaningful numbers are the ones built together.
